As you probably have noticed, this has become a site with a large number of resources, but with little current activity. Bob Stilger’s main work is as the Co-President of The Berkana Institute with a lot of his time going into the Berkana Exchange, the network of leadership learning centers around the world with whom Berkana partners for learning

One way of describing people everywhere who are leading the way is to speak of it as a social movement. Some scholars speak of the movements of the twentieth century as being ideological, stratical, and tatical. I see a different movement becoming visible which I would describe as enspirited, appreciative and emergent.

Further discovery, learning and networking around this new movement is the work I am called to.
