How We See Our World

Worldview: 1) The overall perspective from which one sees and interprets the world. 2) A collection of beliefs about life and the universe held by an individual or group.

Our worldviews are the stories we tell ourselves about the world and about our lives. Every website, every book, every film, every person, every group comes from a worldview, a point of view about what’s true, what has meaning, what is important to do. When we see ourselves and our world differently, change happens. Call it transformation or paradigm shift or systems change, it is woven with a new story and new point of view. Sometimes points of view are obvious, sometimes hidden. We would like to make our worldview conscious and let you know what we believe, how we are working and why we are doing what we do.

This section will lay out our fundamental understandings, describe our models and methodologies for change and invite you to join us in whatever way feels right to you.
